Key Responsibilities
As a Vital Contributor To Our Mission, You Will
- Oversee and manage production releases and updates, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve SQL Server-related database issues, including performance, disaster recovery, and application connectivity.
- Utilize your DDL/DML expertise to optimize databases with tools such as SQL Profile and Database Tuning Advisor.
- Potentially support application development or automate processes using PowerShell (not mandatory).
- Work both independently and collaboratively to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
- Establish best practices, checklists, and processes to enhance database performance.
- Be available for occasional support during off-hours, including nights and weekends.
- Bring any knowledge of Agile/Kanban methodologies, HIPAA, or Medicaid to the role (preferred).
- Show a strong eagerness to learn and embrace new technical skills.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in data management.
- In-depth expertise as an SQL Server Application DBA and experience collaborating closely with developers.
- Proficient in DDL/DML.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud and Amazon Web Services.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading technical projects.
- Familiarity with Agile/Kanban methodologies, HIPAA, or Medicaid is a plus.
- A strong willingness to learn and adopt new technologies is essential.

Compensation And Benefits

- Competitive salary range from \(71,100 to \)101,600 annually, determined by geographic location, experience, and skillset.
